As an Investment Director at the McConnell Foundation; a large private Canadian family foundation, Wren is the head of impact investing. Since making its first impact investment in 2007, McConnell has been a leader in the sector, building and shaping the impact investing market in Canada and committed to ensuring its entire endowment is invested in support of its mission. Prior to McConnell, Wren was an Investment Director at Big Society Capital, the UK’s leading social impact investor.
