Nthabiseng leads agricultural research, development and innovation for food and nutrition security; biotechnology and genetic resources management; climate change resilience; and sustainable management of natural resources in an equitable, diverse, and inclusive manner. She also oversees the generation of knowledge and technologies to improve quality and increase value of agricultural processes and products, contributing to competitiveness of the agriculture sector.
